Had different people nobody did their job 1 star

Was once a helpful organisation but has become greedy and rude too all clients. Seek out other companies to help you.

Nice place to stay for students. I've lived there for 10 months in 2021. Management is good but the lady manager was quite unwell with me.!!

Absolutely awful company to work for! The field and support staff are amazing but the management are awful. Some are clearly in the wrong job...suppose to be a 'company that care' but I didn't see that what so ever from the manager. The company is full of 2 faced people and very 'clicky' if your face fits and you comply to there needs your fine but if you dare to speak up or question there management your got 'rid of' Managers definitely play the blame game from what I experienced, even Bradford Council said they treat their staff unfairly and staff aren't given the training needed to forfill their role properly! Wouldn't recommend anybody work for them.

Take heed of all the reviews telling you how two faced managers are, they're not making it up. Do it there way or you'll soon find yourself in trouble. The ones losing out are the tenants they're meant to be supporting.

Worked here for just over a year, shocking company to work for, lack of organisation, unrealistic targets, lack of maintenance staff, all the scheme managers are women in their late 60s who just tell tales to each other, AVOID, there’s something very wrong in the company which was evident quiet quickly (unless you’re a crusty old woman in which you will fit in just fine)

Horrendous company to work for. Management structure is awful. HR very unprofessional. Too much favouritism amongst staff. Management keep frienships with frontline staff on social networks which breaches company policy on proffessional boundaries. Management do not deal with things seriously will just side with the staff they prefer or push it under the carpet! I got horrendous ill working here

Im living in Keighley I first got help with Horton housing in Bradford then got transferred across to Keighley and they have worked with me for a full year now n I can honestly say despite leaving a Horton housing accommodation, which was lovely and then moving into my own home then having to move yet again Horton housing have really helped and supported me all the way through and without my support worker Gabbie I don't know where I would be today. She's helped me not only with housing but also mental health and other personal issues . I honestly can not thank you enough for all your support, guidance and help. Massive thank you.

Brilliant work from staff dealing with some of the most challenging youngsters, give great support to people who have drug & alcohol problems.
