KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS PAIR. I BOUGHT A XF PORTFOLIO WHICH DEVELOPED FAULTS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. AS,APPARENTLY A FAULT HAS DEVELOPED ON THE TRADE IN CAR, THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY FOR SAFETY RELATED ISSUES ON MY PURCHASE. BAD, BAD PAIR. I HAVE INVOLVED CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU

I bought a car from here in July this year and within 2 months, it was in permanent limp mode. I contacted them for advice but was dismissed and ultimately spent 1/5 of the car’s value on repairs and diagnostics and while it was in and out of the garage, I spent 2 months with a defective vehicle. I would advise to stay clear of their cars.

Very poor customer service from Adam at Westfield Motorhouse Ltd. Having agreed a price to purchase my Mercerdes thru Motorway.And arranged pick up . He called me the night before at 10 pm to tell me he no longer wanted the car .Their excuse was the advisories on the car on the last MOT .If Adams bad attitude to me is reflection of the customer service .I would stay well away . Buyers and sellers be warned ⚠️

Great experience and would 100% come back for the next motor. Drove 140 miles to the car and wasn’t disappointed in the slightest about vehicle or the process. Car finance was handled quick and to the point and every step and detail was clearly outlined. Car was as advertised and hand over was a pressure free friendly experience. Clearly top professionals doing what they do best and for that you have one very happy customer!

Bought a 2015 Jaguar XF Sportbrake from here around 3 weeks ago now - so far, so good. The car was as advertised and I am very happy with it. Jay and Adam were great to deal with - I was left to my own devices to fully go over the car in my own time without any hassle or pressure, and arranging a time for a test drive was easy. The deal put together for me was fair and they were happy to make some price adjustments for the work which needed doing (which I've now since done) - they even threw the bits in that they were going to have fitted which was a nice touch and saved me a couple of quid. Outstanding customer service by Jay from the moment I contacted him regarding the car I was interested in. When the day arrived for me to view the car, he was very welcoming and professional, he made sure I had plenty of time to decide whether I wanted the car, nothing was rushed. Also the test drive was a decent journey so it gave chance for any potential issues to show, i was able to test drive the car myself too so I could get a feel for it. The BMW X1 I purchased from him has been absolutely faultless, very well looked after and maintained car, I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend!

First class service all the way. Jay was wonderful to deal with from the get go. I seen the car I liked on their site from Auto Trader, I filled in the online enquiry form and within the day I had an email from Jay about the car. I asked for some extra pics including underneath the car and within a couple of hours I had my inbox filled with photos and a message from jay to feel free and ask for more photos if I wanted them. Jay was who I dealt with, everyone wonderful all the way. Very honest and very open and happy to devote time to you making you aware that your business with them is important and they want you to feel happy and confident in your purchase. Ive chatted to Jay at length and his feelings are shared equally with his colleague that they want you to be confident and 100% happy. They believe in looking after their customers and want them to feel valued. Jay kept in touch including after I got my car which was stunning. I live far away so I never got down to see the car. I bought the vehicle and had it collected via transporter. The vehicle was everything Jay said it was and more. Easiest 5 stars Ive ever given. I have kept in touch with Jay and he always makes time to get back to me. I'm actually getting Jay to source my next car for me so as a return customer he's the only guy I trust to get exactly what I'm looking for. Flawless service and customer care with a smile, laugh and honesty and attention to detail. Purchased a car for my wife, Jay and Adam were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure the car was right, having the bonnet and front bumper sprayed because of some very minor surface scratches. They even offered to deliver the car - and we're over 200 miles away. Of course the test of good service is after sales - if anything major went wrong with the car would they want to know, would they help, but up front experience couldn't have been better. It appears to be a nice car, drove perfectly on the way home, and wife is very pleased with it. She must have driven it nearly 10 miles already!

Excellent service. A female buying a car on her own without a clue about cars can be rather daunting. I was joking with them about them selling me a dodgy car. It was all taken in good humour and we had some good banter going on. I ended up purchasing a car that same day, although they told me to go away and think about it, there were no pressured sales or lies. We even went through finance options, with my own interests in mind. Well done, its nice to know there are some genuine car sales men out there. Would always buy my cars here now.
