Had my MOT and major service done here recently (2nd year already). The manager Ian was very responsive. A little hiccup did happen with the technical side, but he resolved it reasonably.

Always good service. It's great when you find a decent garage.

Arrived at the time they stated and they had all my details, they told me my MOT would be completed in an hour, so returned after an hour and they had all the paper work and my car was ready. Really easy to book and really friendly and honest staff. Could not have asked for more.

Had a service booked in and by 10:30 they hadn't picked the car up. I rang them and they said someone was off sick and had been off for 3 weeks, but no contingency for if he didn't turn up. Rebooked the service only for them to cancel it again, even after promising that it wouldn't be.

I booked my mot online 22 of December for 28th ,but my plans changed,I amended booking the same day I moved mot for 29.12.23day 8.30am.when I arrived for mot 8.20 the man told me that I had mot yesterday and was cancelled.he said there was no info about my mot for this morning, he said that earliest free space is 4pm. So I drove 25min for mot to be send back home than get back 4pm. I contacted customer service for explanation /they said my booking is 3.30 today not 4pm???? I just give up with Halford,I cancelled mot .I found nearby another garage and everything was sorted today straight away 9am. Poor customer service ,no apologies. I have done everything correctly, just wasted my time!!!

Had 2 rear tyres fitted, went on motorway and can feel vibration at 70mph, not been balanced, knew that I should not have taken to them. Thought I’d give a try give them benefit of doubt. First and last time using Halfords.

Went for a full major service and it was five star, no pressure to do anything just advisories and had a good chat with one of the mechanics who gave me a good analysis of my vehicle. Felt compelled to write a review because of all the harsh ones.

They replaced the exhaust on my car and it hasn't been the same since. I left it with them again and they supposedly "fixed" it but didnt. I had to take it elsewhere to replace the whole exhaust again because of the lame job they did. Avoid!

Not the best of experiences. I found they hadn't stamped the digital service history of my car, but it took 2 additional trips to stamp it to say the least it felt a incomplete stamp. I found popping the hood the whole engine area covered in oil. I wasn't left feeling confident on the service provided.

Thanks so much, Halfords Bradford! Emergency today and you came to our rescue! Daughter was due to travel to London today to work on the new Strictly series - but found out wheel bearings needed replacing. Car fixed today and she is now safely in London. Thank you. X
