Horrible "services". Tariq Khan charged me £400.00 for a drawing of a retaining wall even not seeing it properly. On his drawing there is no extension shown but THERE IS AN EXTENSION. I am completely shocked. I'll have to find another structural engineer to do job properly. It is a shame that such people are in a business which requires professionalism, competence, excellent attitude to customers. I called him today and he treated me like I was not his customer but I even do not know who. AVOID THAT PERSON.

Charged me £900 for full works without a full consultation of what we exactly require . Asked to make amend and wants to charge another £600. He feels drawing 3 more supports justifies charging more than half. out of principal I have decided to commission the job elsewhere. May sound silly I’m paying again but happy to pay again than be ripped off. Lost confidence in service as they priorities on monies rather than service .

Everstruct have been amazing in preparing a structural report at very short notice. After my initial telephone call, Tariq attended my property and discussed what was required by the building inspector. He thoroughly checked all the building work that was in progress and made relevant notes. Within days, Tariq was able to complete the detailed report and assured me that all the all the building work were structurally sound. I am grateful to Tariq and appreciate his kind offer of being able to contact him if I required any further assistance. I wish Everstruct a thriving future!

Very professional, on time as promised and delivered the report alot earlier than I thought.. 5 star service, definitely recommending to friends and family. Chimney breast needed to be removed and a few other walls that needed looking at, phoned Tariq who came the next day to see the work, provided a very reasonable quote and prepared the report efficiently, great guy who offered his advice on how to go about getting the work approved by local authority, will not hesitate to use again, highly recommended

EverStruct provided me with a very quick service and in a professional manner, the engineer has a lot of knowlege and designed plans which were both accurate and easy to follow foe my builder. Lastly and most importantly i was given a very fair price for the work required better thqn most of the quotes i was getting from other structural engineers. Highly reccomend to everone.
