Absolutely a disgraceful place . Staff very rude.Blatantly Conpulsive liars Ben Drury and Co...gave the benefit of doubt after reading reviews..Delivery late, say one thing do another. Grab bags under weight and charging different prices every time DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Very Expensive.

A recent visit for a couple of gaskets for a toilet was 5 times as much as anywhere else. Even the guy serving me agreed they cost a fortune. What a rip off of a place, for everything

Paid £30 for a product recommended by staff. Called in to buy again a few weeks later and was charged almost £40. I was told it had never been sold at £30 - effectively being called a liar. The product is widely available at other builders merchants in Bradford at £30 or less. I’ll take my business where it’s welcomed in future.

Very rude and condescending staff. No respect for their customers. Gives one price and then later denies giving that price and then charge more while basically calling the customer a liar. Not the first time they have done this. Check other reviews.

So far, they have had all the stuff I needed for paving in our garden and for various repairs. Order and collect has been great during lockdown as has local delivery for the bigger stuff. Thanks chaps.

Amazing staff and great service. The way they have adapted to meet social distancing is spot on. Ordered my goods over the phone booked in my collection time. Met at the gate and my items where already picked and loaded into van, works perfectly.

Was slightly disappointed at their poor choice of plumbing materials, but then again I wouldn't really say that it's a plumbers merchant really... Apart from that though, upon previous visits for building stuff, yes they actually are rather good and have always been one of my first calls.

great company steve and bruce will do all in there power when it comes to prices. and the counter staff are really helpful organising your orders for delivery by those brilliant drivers, yard staff are second to none talk about helpful spot on men. looking forward to our next project, thank you for every ones help.
