Be aware of the cctv system you should buy from this company, I bought one last year and a few weeks back I noticed an error when playback and also loading slow. I did research online and a few reasons came up one of it was a failing hard drive, I visually checked the hard drive and noticed that a desktop hdd made in 2013 was installed and not a surveillance hdd. I contacted the seller and stopped answering my emails, I was told that my Internet is bad but my Internet works just fine. Update : the sistem is advertised with a surveillance hdd and seller answered my emails, no warranty provided.
