Extremely poor customer service! Stay away from them!

Placed order for bed, showing as in stock, Lazy Beds, took payment, received email hours later to say bed was out of stock till mid Jan, have requested full refund, see how long that takes to come back, very poor service, it's not hard to electronically update stock levels, would not use Lazy Beds for anything again, going by the negative feedback elsewhere about this company, I should have probably checked them out first...saved myself some grief and ordered from someone reputable.

Extremely poor service, promised to deliver bed in morning. Price agreed. Just because didn't like mattress from them. Bed frame gone out of stock in 10 minutes. Jokers and liers.

It was great experience and the staff at LazyBeds were very helpful and friendly . I took my time to choose the bunk bed and the guy there gave me information and advice to choose the right mattress. Absolutely love the quality of the bunk bed & mattress , great customer service.
