Very very good service. All other reviews that state otherwise must’ve been rude customers. Food was impeccable and getting the chips is a must! Panini and pastie are the best I ever had.

I’ve been looking forward to eat here for a while now, and was so glad that I did. The highlight of my meal was steak and chips and chicken steak burger which was cooked to absolute perfection. Each bite was juicy, tender and bursting with perfection. Their service is perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this to everyone who’s looking for a memorable meal.

If only there was an option for a zero rating. This place is a joke. Absolutely disgraceful. The service is horrendous. The workers have no customer service skills what so ever. There is not a single employee in this place that has any respect towards customers, food, the atmosphere. Tables are always filthy and counter tops are always sticky. This place shouldn't even be open. Food is always stale there is nothing “FRESH” about it. So please bring yourself down the ladder and focus on your customers as this is what you call business.

I ordered a chicken steak on chips ? It was more like a plastic box and steak because they was like 4 chips in the box im not sure what profit margins these guys are trying to make however even the steak i only got a couple pieces , after i had a few bites i realised that these lot have given me barely anything in the box , i have decided to consult with the workers instead i recieved back bad language and appauling behavior , wouldnt reccomend , if i could give 0 stars i would

Starting with the food was cold not presented with care and was rightfully taken for a mug for paying for it the service was bang out of order workers speak to customers like there rubbish another thing is they have women in the back and men in the front not saying anything wrong with women but don’t know what these people who don’t even know proper English are even doing in a shop that deals with food would not recommend this at all stay away had food poising for a week

If I’m being honest this is probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my life, I never leave reviews but this time I have too. I’ve ordered 4 items by calling deli fresh and on the phone I was told it would be 21.50 which understandable. We waited 40 mins for the food which I’m not complaining about. We only received 3 items and were charged 24 pounds at the door. We called and made the takeaway aware we were missing a meal then they proceeded to tell us we haven’t paid for it That attempted to make us pay twice and after 15 mins of back and forth arguing they realised their mistake(didn’t apologise) and said they’d re send it and it would take 10 mins after 20 mins and still no sign of the missing meal we rang yet again just to be told it would be another 5-10 mins. Absolutely vile man I’ll never order from here again. Make sure you check your receipts (if you actually get sent them) and make sure your paying for what you get

Ordered from here a few times food has always been spot on and very good customer services, tonight just eat got the deliveries wrong but deli fresh has made it all again fresh and delivered it them self with no hesitation. Highly recommend

Staff very friendly had a nice keema cheese toastie meal for £4.30, nothing fancy but enjoyable for price. Seating available inside with plugs and USB charging available. Clean and tidy inside.
