Do not buy a car from these scammers. My son bought a car from them 2 days later it broke down needed a new battery Then kept cutting out we took it to my mechanic who said its not road worthy. His first car and was conned out of £1700. It has cost an additional £650 to try and fix it. Still not right and he is scared to drive it as it keeps cutting out and stalling. Now after being in the garage for 3 days he has been told it is a mechanical fault. More money he doesn't have Broadgate motors you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is not a scam review coming from a paul Goodwin summers like they keep suggesting Another add as of today 30/12/2023 it has broken down again now needing a new clutch so a £1700 car has now cost over £2700. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I bought a car from this broadgate motors , just after 3 weeks I started the car the temperature of the car was high,so I went to a nearby mechanic ,the mechanic opened the Burnet and what he saw was oil and water mixed together ,I rang Akib immediately and told him what has happened, he asked me to wait a minute he told me to look on the receipt he gave me after purchase that there is no warranty, I told him its not about warranty but the car you sold for me it's not fit for use , since then he won't reply to my WhatsApp or email ,trust me I will head to court . This is not a place to buy a car , broadgate motors is never a place to buy any good car, except you want to end up like many of us who did buy , they sell bad cars for people and when you come back they won't attend to you .

Bought a Ford Kuga in January found out car had rear accident damage rear boot lid out of line bumper pop riveted on a total mess took the car back and got fobbed of ,18 phone calls to the dealer again fobbed of nobody hear to help you was told ,asked for my money back paid £4600 ,and my part exchange back ,was told already sold it mate ,said they were prepared to repair it ,Ive only had 3 days . it went on and on .now still got it 9 mths later and my solicitors say it could take anther 12mths to get a result from the courts as they have ignored and wont answer there letters. Not to be trusted and be ashamed of selling a accident damaged car, you should stay away there not to be trusted

2 days after we bought a car it showed an engine fault. The diagnosis was a misfiring issue and the quote to repair was £1100. I requested to return the car but was denied by Akib. He won't answer my calls or respond to messages. He is restricting my consumer rights and is knowingly avoiding me. I've been cordial and respectful and have followed all Consumer Advice processes and we are now needing to proceed with legal action. Akib will probably try to say that this review is spam coming from the someone called Paul Goodwin Summers, as he has with every other negative review that he has received. This is a legitimate review.

Don’t buy from these scammers. I’ve had the worst experience. I bought a Car which strangely was delivered late at night and with the car on. I inquired why the car was on even though it wasn’t being driven but was given a flimsy excuse of the driver going to a different street and starting the car while on the street. Please not that I was outside within a minute of the driver calling me and saw him turn around on the road. The driver then proceeded to give me a disclaimer which I shouldn’t have signed but did. This was the second red flag. The next morning, I tried to start the car but it wouldn’t start. The seller then proceeded to give me a story of how I need to jump start it. Even after being jump started, the car won’t still start on its own and is not even starting at all now. I asked about the condition of this car before buying and he swore it was in top shake apart from some body scratches. He had knowingly scammed me and from other reviews, I see this is how he operates. Save your money and avoid this scammer. He avoids my calls and won’t respond to messages now. Classic scam.

This is the second vehicle we have bought from Broadgate Motors. We received such great service the first time round that when we were looking to purchase another vehicle , we went straight back without hesitation. Initially there wasn't a vehicle that fitted our 'brief' but we were asked what we were looking for and as soon as they had a vehicle that matched, they got straight in touch. Last month I was In the market for a new work van, probably the biggest one off purchase I’ve made other than a house so the service and conversation leading in to the sale was really important. After the trawl for the right van at the right price in the right condition Broadgate Motors came up with the right one. Akib was great, built trust and provided all the pre sale info I was asking for in a timely way. Visited and collected the van which was on the money - not cheap - not over priced - good condition and well described. There were a couple of minor bits that cropped up after sale, these were dealt with really well and Akib agreed to take the cost on and share the cost on another. Brilliant.
